Yes, we charge a service fee of $50 plus GST to come to your site, and then $50 plus GST for every half hour we are on your site. If you bring your equipment to us we obviously will not charge you the service fee.

We offer a 10% discount to pensioners

Yes, we come to you, although you can bring your equipment to us if the issue is not a “site” issue.

Before our tech arrives you should endeavor to back up your important data just in case. If you are not performing backups of your important data ask us how to set up some backups for you. If there is a chance that data may be lost our technicians will backup the data before performing any work

We service home users as well as business users

We do not offer “managed services” but can offer regular scheduled preventative maintenance to keep your equipment running in tip-top condition.

We accept cash at the site, or can send an invoice with our banking details

We are open from 8am – 8pm weekdays but don’t be afraid to call or email us on the weekend, we might be able to get you an answer quickly to put your mind at rest.

No, we don’t charge a cancellation fee but ask that we can have 24 hours notice for cancellation so we can book other jobs in
