Crypto-Ransomware Viruses are harmful programs that encrypt files stored on your computer or mobile device in order to extort money for the recovery of those files. If your computer has been infected by the Crypto-Ransomware Virus immediately disconnect the affected device or devices from the local network/Internet, turn off your wireless connection or simply shut down your computer. This may prevent the virus from spreading to other computers/devices.
