The service handles full Microsoft 365 Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint backups so you can recover data long after it is cleaned or lost from Microsoft databases. All backed up data is encrypted during the backup process and the encryption key is securely stored in the cloud. Backup & Recovery is a useful addition to the Microsoft Office 365 data centre redundancy services.

Allows restore from a specific data and session
ONE-DRIVE:
Retention up to 1 year
Backup runs every 6 hours
Allows restore from a specific date and session
SharePoint:

Backup runs every 6 hours
