With our real-time IT monitoring systems, we will know of any problems before you do, and can remotely manage the solution without you having to even make a call.
We time and cost effectively deal with small issues before they become big issues that cause business interruption and loss of productivity.
Service Levels For Managed IT Services
A La Carte
Ideal for businesses with only one issue to be resolved, or you can pick and choose whatever service you require from any of the following:
- Managed Anti-Virus
- Patch or Update Management
- Server / Workstation Backup
- Spam Filtering
- E-mail Archiving
- Data Backup / Recovery
- Performance / Capacity Monitoring
You only pay for what you use, no lock in contracts, cancel whenever you choose.
In most cases we can supply install, manage the solution, and provide reporting for the same cost as what you are paying now.
Proactive
This service will monitor network devices, servers and workstations, and will include most of the A La Carte services as required.
Not Included: Any incident resolution time, or moves, adds, changes (project work) as these are charged for separately, at an agreed hourly rate.

Fully Managed
This service will include everything in the proactive management suite but has the advantage that all remediation of issues is included in the monthly charge.
This is a great option for a business seeking a Fixed Cost IT program.
